Chocolate-brown and off-white cabinetry gives the laundry of this Switch Homes for Living display an elegant look. Part of the display the Switcheight10, the laundry and other wet areas of the home were designed by the Switch Design Team and Gilt Edge Cabinet Makers. The en suite also has a neutral color scheme with beige floor and wall tiling combined with a vanity in different shades of brown. The twin vanity is the centerpiece of the room and has an essa stone bench top with white basins and a tiled splash back. Mosaic tiling has been used as a feature to the mirror wall which has two feature lights. The en suite has a big shower with a window with a fully tiled ledge which can be used for keeping products. Creating a central hub for entertaining was one of the design aims of the kitchen. To achieve this, the kitchen was given a free-flowing layout with a central island bench with a breakfast bar. Modern feature lights above the island give the kitchen an edgy look. The kitchen was also designed so that a lot of cooking could go on at once and its stainless-steel appliances include two electric ovens, a gas cook top, coffee machine and microwave. A clear-glass splash back doubles as a window to the cook-top area and adds light and ambiance to the room. The walk-in pantry has ample storage and there is plenty of storage throughout the rest of the kitchen, with overhead cupboards, an appliance cabinet and storage to the island, as well as display and cookbook nooks.
