Sales and marketing manager Lee Morris said the kitchen and alfresco areas formed the cornerstone of the resort-style display home.
“You can step straight out of the kitchen or dining area and into the outdoor entertaining and pool area, creating a central hub,” he said.
“The kitchen itself features what is still one of the most popular items in the modern kitchen, the central island bench, which comes with a granite top with waterfall ends, a sink and ample preparation space, as well as a fabulous breakfast bar overhang.
“The design is clean and crisp, and the designer, hand-manufactured kitchen cabinetry has a fantastic vinyl-wrap finish and features laminate framing.”
Other features include a big pantry area with adjustable shelves and a fridge recess, an Ariston fanforced electric oven, a cooktop, microwave, coffee machine and range hood.
Mr Morris said the SwitchEight80’s main ensuite had a six-star resort-style feel, with twin vanities and essastone benchtops.
“The layout gives an incredibly spacious and luxurious feel, as does the shower recess for two with a frameless-hinged glass door,” he said.
