Patricia Street, is opposite the land sales and information centre, in stage 1A of the estate. Celebration Homes’ sales manager Stuart Jeffs said he was delighted to have opened one of Brookleigh Estate’s first display homes. Strong sales at the estate had reinforced its position as one of the preferred locations in the Swan Valley. “Celebration Homes is committed to helping WA families realise their dream of building and owning a home,” Mr Jeffs said. “We are already helping a number of clients build their dream home in Brookleigh Estate and it made sense for us to open a display home.” Mr Hector said Blueprint Homes, Content Living, Dale Alcock Homes, Redink Homes and Switch Homes for Living would soon open the remaining five display homes in the village. Brookleigh Estate is just south of Reid Highway in Caversham, about 25 minutes from Perth’s CBD, with easy access to public and private schools, Whiteman Park and the new Springs Shopping Centre in Beechboro. A total of 179 lots have been released in stages 1A, 1B, 2, 3, and 4, with 166 sold to date. Development started in 2009 and is expected to continue until 2012. When complete, the estate will have 395 lots. The land sales office is open weekends and Wednesdays from 1-5pm or by appointment.
