A new release of land at Emerald Park Private Estate in Wellard on April 2 is targeted at families looking to build a new home in an estate offering a relaxed lifestyle with city amenities. Cedar Woods is launching Stage 3B of the residential estate, which is just south of Mortimer Road off the Kwinana Freeway, about 30 minutes from Perth’s CBD. Next Saturday’s release comprises 21 lots from 495-716sqm, averaging 534sqm. Cedar Woods State manager WA Stuart Duplock said the new lots were the biggest released at the estate so far and urged homebuyers to act quickly to take advantage of the competitive pricing, which will be released on the day. “Emerald Park’s convenient location and value for money is enticing buyers from across Perth, and the natural parklands and open space are an added attraction,” Mr Duplock said. “We’ve had inquiries from north and south of the river, which confirms that Emerald Park’s affordability, natural surrounds and easy access to local amenities are a winning combination. “It’s a great place for families, who can choose from public and private schools and the Kwinana Freeway extension has made the drive down south a breeze — perfect for long weekends and school holidays.” The estate was designed to appeal to a wide variety of people, including first-homebuyers and investors. Demand for lots at the estate had been consistently strong, particularly from first-homebuyers. Emerald Park display village, which was launched in December, showcases designs by leading WA builders, including Content Living, DreamStart Homes, Easystart Homes, First Home Buyers Direct, Gemmill Homes, Goodlife Homes, Homebuyers Centre, Impressions the Home Builder, New Choice Homes, Redink Homes and Switch Homes for Living. Nearby facilities include Peter Carnley Anglican School, North Parmelia Primary School, Kwinana Hub shopping centre, restaurants, cafes, Kwinana Community Arts Centre, day care facilities, the Kwinana Golf Club and Kwinana Recquatic centre. Emerald Park will ultimately yield about 630 residential lots, with 184 developed and released so far. Remaining lot sizes and types will be varied throughout the estate, to continue to offer a diverse range for land buyers.
