Senior associate Luke Nicholls has joined Allen & Overy’s corporate mergers and acquisitions team in Perth after relocating from the firm’s London office. •DLA Phillips Fox has appointed its Perth office leader Allan Drake-Brockman as national practice group leader of its workplace relations, employment and safety practice group. •Euroz has appointed Doug Young and Greg Chessell to its board as executive directors. Mr Young is head of corporate finance and Mr Chessell head of research at Euroz’s subsidiary, Euroz Securities. •Gresham Advisory Partners has appointed Ben Macnamara as manager of its Perth office. Mr Macnamara was an associate director at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Perth transaction services group. • Peter Fraser has joined mid-tier law firm Dwyer Durack as a senior associate, specialising in liquor licensing, industrial relations and criminal law. •CBH Grain has appointed Donna Altham as business relationship manager for growers in the Lakes region, based at Lake Grace, and Lauren Gibson as business relationship manager for growers in the Kwinana East region, based at Merredin. •Santos has appointed Manuel Sessink as drilling and completions manager for its WA and Northern Territory operations. •Switch Homes for Living has appointed Paul Secker as sales manager. • James Hewitt has assumed the role of executive director for infrastructure and investment at Tourism WA.
